Aöf İkinci Üniversite ve DGS ile Kayıtta Ders Muafiyeti
Anadolu Üniversitesi açıköğretim bölümlerine 2014-2015 eğitim yılından itibaren sınavsız ikinci üniversite, DGS ve dikey geçiş kapsamında kayıt olan öğrencilerin daha önce okullarından aldıkları Türk Dili, Temel Bilgi Teknolojileri (Bilgisayar), Atatürk İlkeleri ve İnkılâp Tarihi ile Yabancı Dil derslerine muafiyet getirildi.
Yılmaz açıköğretim savunucusu Elif Erden arkadaşımızın yıllardır verdiği mücadeleler sonucunda aöf öğrencisi ve öğrenci adaylarının muzdarip olduğu konular bir bir aşılmaya devam etmektedir. Açıköğretim Fakültesine ikinci üniversite kapsamında, dikey geçiş kapsamında, dikey geçiş sınavı sonucuna göre kayıt olan arkadaşlarımız daha önce üniversitelerinden aldıkları fakat aöf yetkililerinin ve YÖK’ün anlamsız tutumu yüzünden muafiyet göremedikleri zorunlu olarak okutulan Türk Dili, Temel Bilgi Teknolojileri (Bilgisayar), Atatürk İlkeleri ve İnkılâp Tarihi ve Yabancı Dil derslerinden artık bundan sonra muaf olacaklar. Öğrencilerin taleplerini dikkate almayan AÖF, sonunda muafiyet hakkını tanıdı. 2014-15 öğretim yılından geçerli olmak üzere uygulanacak kararla daha önce bu dersleri alan öğrenciler, ikinci kez aynı dersleri almaktan kurtulmuş oldu.
2014-2015 Öğretim Yılı Güz Döneminden itibaren her dönemde yapılmak üzere, Atatürk İlkeleri ve İnkılap Tarihi I – II, Türk Dili I – II, Yabancı Dil I – II, Temel Bilgi Teknolojileri I – II derslerine yapılacak ders transferi ve muafiyet ile ilgili açıklamalar aşağıdadır:
- Anadolu Üniversitesi Açıköğretim, İktisat ve İşletme Fakültelerinden daha önce yukarıda adı geçen veya bunlara eşdeğer ders/dersleri almış ve başarmış öğrencinin kayıtlı olduğu/kayıt yaptıracağı programdaki muafiyet işlemleri ilgili Fakülte tarafından yapılır. Bu durumdaki öğrencinin herhangi bir işlem yapmasına gerek yoktur.
- Anadolu Üniversitesi Açıköğretim, İktisat ve İşletme Fakülteleri dışındaki bir yükseköğretim programından daha önce yukarıda adı geçen ders/dersleri almış ve başarmış öğrencinin, muafiyet için aşağıdaki işlemleri yapması gerekir.
a) Yükseköğretim programlarından;
– mezun olanlar Mezuniyet Belgesini (geçici mezuniyet belgesi, diploma vb. onaylı fotokopisi),
– kayıtlı/kaydı silinmiş olanlar ise Muafiyet Talep Formu’nun çıktısını alarak ilgili Fakülte/Yüksekokuldan onaylattığı formu ya da yukarıdaki ders/dersleri alıp başarılı olduğunu gösteren resmi bir yazıyı AÖF bürosuna teslim etmelidir.
– lisans programından kaydını sildirip önlisans diploması alan öğrenciler Muafiyet Talep Formu’nun çıktısını alarak ilgili Fakülte/Yüksekokuldan onaylattığı formu ya da yukarıdaki ders/dersleri alıp başarılı olduğunu gösteren resmi bir yazıyı AÖF bürosuna teslim etmelidir.
– Not durum belgeleri (transkript) çok farklı formatlarda olduğundan ve inceleme süresini uzatarak muafiyet işlemlerinin zamanında bitirilememesine neden olacağından kabul edilmeyecektir.
b) Yukarıdaki belgeleri;
– Anadolu Üniversitesi Açıköğretim, İktisat ve İşletme Fakültelerine ilk kez kayıt yaptıracak öğrenci kayıt esnasında,
– Anadolu Üniversitesi Açıköğretim, İktisat ve İşletme Fakültelerinde kayıtlı öğrenci ise 20-29 Ağustos 2014 tarihleri arasında AÖF bürosuna teslim etmelidir.
c) Bu tarihlerden sonra yapılan başvurulara muafiyet işlemi takip eden dönemde uygulanacaktır.
d) Muafiyet işlemleri her dönem başında ilgili Fakülte tarafından belirlenen tarihler arasında gerçekleştirilir.
III. Muafiyet talebinde bulunan öğrenci, ders transferi ve muafiyet esaslarını kabul etmiş sayılır.

Yabancı Dil 3-4 Dersleri Kalkıyor!!
Alınan muafiyet kararları yanı sıra mevcut öğrencileri de zorlayan 7. ve 8. dönemlerde okutulan Yabancı Dil 3 ve 4 derslerini alan öğrencileri de içeren önemli bir detay içeriyor. Bu dersleri almak zorunda olan öğrenciler artık 2014-15 öğretim yılından itibaren Yabancı Dil-3 dersinin yerine “Girişimcilik ve İş Kurma”, Yabancı Dil-4 dersinin yerine ise “Etkili İletişim Teknikleri” derslerini alacaklar. AÖF yetkilileri yabancı dil derslerini geçmekte zorlanan öğrencilere Türkçe içerikli derslerin getirilmesinin bu öğrenci grubunun başarı ortalamasını arttıracağına inandıklarını belirtti. 2014-15 öğretim yılında yapılacak ders muafiyeti Yabancı Dil-1 ve Yabancı Dil-2 derslerini ilk kez alacakları kapsayacak, Yabancı Dil-3 ve Yabancı Dil-4 derslerinin yerine konan dersleri ise kapsamayacak.

Erden, yaptığı açıklamada şöyle konuştu; “Eski rektörün üniversiteyi araba sürmeye benzetmesi, öğrencileri aşağılayıcı tavırları ve dinlememesi, değişen sistemi tabldot menüden alakart menüye benzetmesi, öğrencilerin haklarını inatla geri iade etmemesi yüz binlerce kişinin hayatından 1 yılın çalınmasına sebebiyet vermiştir. Ayrıca YÖK Başkanı ve YÖK’te bu konularda sessizliklerini sürdürerek bu mağduriyete zemin hazırlamışlardır. YÖK kendi kanuna ne yazık ki sahip çıkmayarak, bu konuda mezun olan ve binlerce öğrenci arkadaşımın 1 yılının kaybetmesine seyirci kalmıştır. Eski rektörü asla affetmeyecek ve onun inadına da karşılık sürdürmüş olduğumuz haklı inat ve mücadele sonucu gerçek eğitimcilerin üniversite başında olmalarının da kazancını yaşamış olmaktayız”
